ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR NON-COOPERATION WITH OFFICIALS ( in the matter of possible abduction or harm of the child during the criminal case at hand)
ON THE PART OF EACH FAMILY MEMBER- IN THAT EVENT THE PARENT AND/OR FAMILY WILL BE ASKED TO:

* PAY BACK EVERY CENT OF THE COST OF THE INVESTIGATION
* LOSE ALL RIGHTS TO FINANCIAL GAIN IN POST- TRIAL/SENTENCING MOVIES, BOOKS, AND OTHER PUBLIC-RELATED ITEMS

* LOSE ALL PRIVILAGES WITHIN THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY- START A BAN AGAINST THE FAMILY MEMBER FROM UTILIZING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY- LOCAL AND INTERNET- (if it is thought that the family member has knowledge of a missing child's whereabouts and or is considered a person of interest or suspect in the criminal investigation for the named child) (This ban includes those who fall under the P.A.C.T. Coalition “Witness Protection Program” guidelines also)
* CONSIDER ANY VIOLATION AGAINST SAID CHILD AS “TERRORIST ACTIVITY” AND TREAT THAT PERSON AS A “CHILD TERRORIST” … THIS TYPE OF ACTION AGAINST A CHLD IS A TERROR TO THEM AT THE TIME OF THE VIOLATION AND FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES.. (VIOLATORS ARE NOT JUST PREDITORS, THEY ARE TERRORISTS)




* CAMPAIGN TO THE POLICE FORCE TO USE TERRORIST INTERROGATION TACTICS WHEN IT IS KNOW THAT A FAMILY MEMBER IS NON-COOPERATIVE IN AN INVESTIGATION. (where a child is missing and the believed abductor is a family member to the child and or that the person was the last person to be seen with the child, or has told someone else who is non-cooperative in the case where the child is located-either remains or living child. This needs to happen as SOON as the police are aware of any likely hood that the family member might be involved and they are being non-cooperative or fail polygraph tests given by the police/FBI or other pertinent agency)


NON COOPERATION INVOLVES:

* LYING TO THE POLICE INVESTIGATORS
* PRODUCING FALSE EVIDENCE FROM THE BEGINNING
* NOT TELLING THE WHOLE TRUTH FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE INVESTIGATION, INCLUDING THE NAMES, ADDRESSES, AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS OF OTHER PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THIS CASE.
* FAILURE TO “PROVE” BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT ANY STATEMENT OF FACT WHEN ASKED ABOUT YOUR INVOLVEMENT- ANY PERSON SUSPECTED TO BE INVOLVED IN A CHILD ENDANGERMENT SITUATION OF FAMILY INVOLVEMENT.
